You and InfinityTravels. have entered into these terms of usage. The following terms and conditions govern your access to and use of infinitytravel, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through InfinityTravel website, whether as a guest or a registered user. They also apply to any documents that they expressly incorporate by reference.
Terms & Conditions for Booking
- InfinityTravel shall enter into a contractual obligation as principal with the person making the private hire reservation to provide the travel service covered by the reservation. Any such contractual obligation shall be in accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 and these Regulations.
- Any passenger who the driver believes would pose a harm to him or herself or to the vehicle has the right to be refused.
- This website's content is solely offered for general informational purposes, and it does not signify that any potential reservations have been accepted. We assume no liability for any loss that may result from using this site's information or any reservations made for private hire vehicles on this site.
- You are accountable for informing infinitytravel.org.uk. If the driver could not be found or the trip was changed, the driver would charge you for the extra distance.
- Keep our office phone number handy when you are travelling. You should print out a copy of the confirmation email and keep it with you.
- Depending on the severity of the fouling, the driver will charge a minimum of £30.00 for each passenger who damages the private hire vehicle.
- If the PHV does not arrive at the pick-up address at the scheduled time due to bad weather, traffic, road traffic accidents, or road closures, or if the customer gives the wrong booking information, or if the customer booked it online and received the booking reference but did not receive any confirmation from, etc., infinitytravel.org.uk cannot be held responsible.
- There is no extra fee for any flight delays. You can request more time in the booking form if you need it for immigration, customs clearance, etc (send the driver in 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes from the flight landing time). After the free waiting period of 30 minutes, which includes parking fees, each additional minute will cost 40 pence (GBP). If your flight is early or delayed, the time you specified will be changed accordingly. Notably, 95% of our clients exclusively make fixed-price purchases.
- Driving time and distance are only provided as a guide on the quotation page you should allow more time for your trip in case of road repairs, detours, traffic jams, bad weather, additional pickups or drops-offs, accidents, breakdowns, police stops and searches, terrorist threats, kidnapping, unusual driver health conditions, or for any other reason. You are in charge of selecting your pick-up time we make no promises regarding driving time and are not liable for any other monetary damages resulting from or connected to driving time. Additionally, we suggest giving airline check-in extra time.
- We make every effort to deliver the chosen car type. However, depending on the availability of the vehicles, you can occasionally acquire a larger vehicle.

- Inserting, willfully or carelessly transmitting, or disseminating a virus
- Look for inappropriate access to the back office
- Any component of the Service by hacking
- Use the Service in a way that is against the law, in violation of any agreement you have with a third party, or otherwise improper.
- Use the service to irritate users, front-end viewers, or other people in pointless ways or to give them unnecessary stress.
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures put in place by Infinity Travel
- Sending emails or any other kind of electronic messages with the goal of impairing computer facilities' functionality or performance
Terms & Conditions for pickups that are guaranteed
Customers must book their journey with us 24 hours before the time of travel, i.e., one day in advance, and must pay the booking charge or the booking fee and journey price in order to qualify for guaranteed pickups.
